Steve Delson, Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Delson is a co-founder who brings more than three decades of engineering, consulting, business, and management experience to Gate 5 Energy Partners, Inc. Early in his professional career, as a project manager for Jack G. Raub Company, Steve led the design, entitlement, and construction of a community-wide water reclamation system (including a tertiary wastewater treatment plant, seasonal storage, operational storage, and a distribution system) for the Santa Margarita Water District. Mr. Delson is a developer of Gate 5's patented technology.
For a 15 year period, prior to Gate 5, he founded and grew successful consulting, real estate development, and utility service companies. Prior to that, Steve was an Executive Vice President of one of the nation's largest and most successful community developers, Mission Viejo Company (MVC). Steve's tenure with MVC began in 1974. Steve earned his bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from California State University, Long Beach.
Jon Glazer, Chief Financial Officer
||Mr. Glazer serves as the company's chief financial officer and is also president of a financial services consulting company, Financial Modeling Initiatives. Jon brings more than 25 years of experience in the industry by providing financial modeling and analysis services to infrastructure companies, startups, and other businesses. Jon was formerly the Chief Financial Officer of a more than $100 million real estate development company and has completed nearly $4 billion worth of international acquisitions, $1 billion worth of domestic project financings, and $60 million of equity commitments for startup energy companies.
Mr. Glazer has worked on a wide-variety of energy projects in sectors such as conventional and renewable power generation, oil refining, oil and gas production, LNG liquefaction, LNG regasification, and gas-to-liquids conversion. Jon holds a bachelor's degree from UCLA and a master's degree from the Simon School at the University of Rochester.
George Kladnik, Director of Strategic Planning & Business Development
||Mr. Kladnik brings a diverse multidisciplinary academic and professional background in physics and the social sciences, with a focus on environmental issues to Gate 5 Energy Partners, Inc. George has spent most of his career working in analytical instruments (x-ray spectroscopy), analytical laboratory services, high-technology water treatment, electric power conversion fields in middle and upper management. He has also worked in new product development, marketing and sales, and new business development. Over the last 10 years, Mr. Kladnik has devoted a considerable amount of his time on identification and commercialization of wastewater and sludge treatment technologies.
Since George relocated to Flagstaff, Arizona, in 2000, he has become an active member of Flagstaff Water Group, Coconino Plateau Water Advisory Council, and a number of ad-hoc groups that are working on water and wastewater issues in his Northern Arizona community. After receiving a bachelor's degree from University of California Santa Barbara in 1968, George completed course work towards a Ph.D. from Brandeis University on a National Science Foundation fellowship in Public Administration, with an emphasis on environmental issues.
